Heavy-Duty Construction
Built from high-grade steel (S235JRH, S355J2H, S355K2H) with cataphoresis treatment and polyester powder coating. Optional AISI 304/316 stainless steel finish available. Designed for intensive use up to 2,000 cycles per day.
Easy Maintenance Access
Strategic positioning of motor-pump and hydraulic actuator components inside the bollard structure allows for simplified maintenance, reduced service times, and enhanced protection against rust and deterioration.
All-Weather Operation
Tested for operation in extreme temperatures from -20°C to +80°C (standard), with optional heating systems for environments as cold as -40°C. Ideal for regions with harsh winter conditions.
Enhanced Visibility
Equipped with integrated amber LED signaling lights (up to 12 LEDs depending on model) and approved high-intensity retro-reflective micro-prismatic adhesive film for maximum visibility in all conditions.

📋 Understanding the Ratings
DoS K-Ratings: The U.S. Department of State ratings measure the ability to stop vehicles at specific speeds. K4, K8, and K12 represent increasing levels of security, with K12 being the highest standard capable of stopping a 15,000 lb vehicle at 50 mph.
ASTM F2656 Standard: The American Society for Testing and Materials standard provides similar ratings (M30, M40, M50) along with penetration ratings (P1-P4) that measure how far a vehicle’s cargo area penetrates beyond the barrier after impact. Lower P-ratings indicate better performance.
